  • What's included in each course?

    Each course includes: - multiple videos explaining the various parts of each topic. - multiple fully editable templates you would need to complete your own motion/pleading - multiple "examples" that have been filed by others so that you can get a good idea of what your motion look like. - worksheets designed to help you organize your thoughts and information so that you can handle your situation - "discussion" function so you can ask general questions to other members and get feedback/ideas - 1:1 FREE 30 minute review with Pro Se Coach! - Links to useful information that are relevant to each topic. ....and much more.

  • Can I cancel and get a refund?

    Due to the nature of the information and the way it's presented....NO. However, if you are serious about tackling your situation, and are willing to study and do the work as presented, there's no way that you do not gain the value you would expect from the course.

  • Are you a lawyer?

    Unequivocally NO. This service is not the substitute for a lawyer, and should you have any questions, you should always consult your friendly licensed Texas lawyer to discuss your case.

  • I'm confused on some of the motions. Can someone help me?

    Absolutely. At any point, you can reserve time for some 1:1 coaching with Pro Se Coach to provide you the peace of mind that you are on the right track!

  • Is there ongoing content I can review?

    YES! We host weekly free zoom classes for you to attend and ask specific questions regarding your situation and provide personalized responses from the team!

Texas' only "Pro Se Coach", Ben has been working with hundreds of parents all throughout Texas for the last several years. Having self-represented countless times, he has the knowledge and experience to help you navigate this most treacherous journey. He prides himself on his ability to not only help you navigate your family law case without an attorney, but he also works closely with clients to help them emotionally navigate this journey and to help them reach their desired outcomes while maintaining their integrity and self-respect. A Central Texas resident, Ben has long advocated for family law reform to provide results that better support Texas families and children, and looks forward to the day that the entire family law "system" collapses upon itself.
